We’re proud to introduce Park Manor, a newly opened, exclusive wing dedicated to short-term rehabilitation. Designed to offer a blend of comfort and state-of-the-art rehabilitation resources, Park Manor features 12 private suites with separate living rooms, providing our residents with the privacy and relaxation of a home environment.
Park Manor also boasts a specialized therapy room and a private dining space, offering residents a truly immersive experience in their recovery. Our team of skilled therapists and medical professionals provides individualized care designed to ensure a smooth transition back home.

We’re proud to introduce our new Short Term Rehabilitation wing at Willows of Shelbyville. Our newly opened 24-bed wing provides contemporary, specialized care in a homelike environment.
This modern facility features a large therapy gym with advanced equipment and a fully equipped ADL kitchen, supporting residents' faster and more comprehensive recovery.
